Discussion on Improvement about Practical Ability of Young Teachers in Engineering Colleges An Example of Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry

Present situation and existing problems of developing practice ability of young teachers in engineering colleges were analyzed.Combined practical ability training mode of young teachers in engineering colleges，methods of improving young teachers′ practical ability were studied，to provide important advice and reference for improving young teachers′ practice ability in engineering colleges.
