  • ‘Food Chemistry’course is an important specialized basic course for students of food specialty in Tibet colleges,it could be very helpful for the students to study follow-up professional courses by improving teaching effect of‘Food Chemistry’curriculum.Thus,problems on how to improve the teaching effect of‘Food Chemistry’course were analyzed,considering the learning characteristics of college students,also combining with writer′s experience on the construction of‘Food Chemistry’course.
