Induction Test for Vitro Potato of Detoxification Potato

Influence of different segments of test tube seedlings，different density and different medium sugar content for vitro potato induction were studied.Results showed that conditions of lower segment of tube seedlings，30 strains per bottle，culture medium with MS+9% sucrose concentration were the best.
