Development of Detection and Sorting Technology for Aflatoxins Contaminated Peanuts

  • Peanuts were infected with aspergillums flatus and aspergillus easily in the growth and storage process due to environmental factors. aflatoxins are the secondary metabolism of these two fungi,which have strong toxicity carcinogenic and teratogenic.The representative aflatoxins in contaminated peanuts are B1,B2,G1,and G2.At present the detection method for aflatoxins mainly have thin layer chromatography(TLC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)immunochemical analysis and so on.There is no nondestructive online special separation method based on afflation′s content. Therefore,proposals and ideas for online nondestructive detection technique of aflatoxins contaminated peanuts were put forward.
