Relationship between Scientific Research and Personnel Training of Agricultural Mechanization

Agricultural mechanization personnel training is the mission of agricultural colleges and universities.How to make full use teaching conditions to improve quality of personnel training is an important issue.The important role of agricultural mechanization research work in improving teaching conditions，practice teaching，improving teaching abilities，cultivating students'professional capabilities，and other aspects was analyzed.Problems in transformation of scientific research achievements，allocation of research and teaching time，and investment of scientific research funding in higher agricultural colleges and universities were discussed.Some suggestions were put forward to encourage and guide students participating in more agricultural mechanization research works.
