Field Test and Improvement Suggestion of Dibble Type Vegetable Transplanter

  • Field tests of 2ZB-2 dibble type transplanter was conducted.Planting quality,planting productivity and reliability of this machine were objectively evaluated,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.Field test results showed that this machine which could realize integration homework,but the seedlings planted pass rate was only 84.85%, production efficiency was 0.049 hm2/h,operation reliability was 66%.Improvement suggestions were as follows:replaced by a self-propelled traction device could reduce the volume and improve overall operational efficiency;accuracy of seedlings was improved by changing planting mechanism to arm structure;stainless steel material was adopted to make seedling feeding mechanism could avoid rust problem such as hang seedlings.
