Thinking of Agricultural Machinery Skilled Talents Trainning in Guangdong Reclamation Area

Playing role of agricultural machinery and development level of agricultural mechanization are closely related to skill level of agricultural machinery employees. With upgrade and replacement of agricultural machinery in Guangdong reclamation area，demand of new agricultural machinery talents that have high knowledge and high skills are more and more urgent.Necessity of strengthening agricultural machinery skilled talents training in Guangdong reclamation area was analyzed.Main problems at present were pointed out.Train of thought about strengthening agricultural machinery skilled talents training was put forward.
