Movement Simulation of Eccentric Wheel Crank Swing Link Mechanism of Reciprocating Cutter

  • The basic structure and working principle of eccentric wheel crank swing link mechanism,that was driving mechanism of reciprocating cutter,were expounded.Motion law of this mechanism was analyzed and deduced theoretically by vector method.And equations of motion were obtained.Motion curve fig and variation law of vibrating force over body frame were obtained by using dynamics simulation software ADAMS on the mechanism of motion simulation analysis.Simulation results showed that when input speed was 400 rmin,the cycle of cutter motion was 0.15 seconds,the distance of running was 76 mm,speed was -1.5~1.73 ms,and acceleration was -69.5~68.6 ms2.Force generated for cutter movement was harmonic load and when input speed was 469 rmin,the force was 1 393 N.It provided a theoretical basis for optimal design and dynamic analysis of eccentric wheel crank swing link mechanism by theoretical analysis and simulation.
