Kinematics Simulation of Disc Serrated Cutting Parts of Caragana Korshinskii Harvester

Disc serrated cutting parts are key components of Caragana korshinskii Harvester.Motion process of disc serrated cutting parts was analyzed.Motion parameter expression of three disc serrated cutting parts was built according to Caragana cutting requirements.Cutting component model was built by UG NX software.This model was imported to mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS to be analyzed using dynamics.Simulation of trajectory for one serrate cutting edge was researched and analyzed.It provided basis of structure parameter design of Caragana korshinskii harvester.
