Design on Checking Device of Potato Inside Quality Based on Near-Infrared Light Spectrum Scanning

A kind of checking device of potato inside quality based on near-infrared light spectrum scanning was designed.It included potato transporting institution，near-infrared light spectrum scanning device，shifting fork institution，computer handling system and signal sense system.It didn′t need treat sample by any chemical or physical method using this device to check nutrition and harmful matter of potato.It could check potato directly which was fast and environmental.The whole process was pollution-free and had no sample loss.The sample could be used after checking.This device structure was simple and could be maintained easily.
