Design of Translation Management System for Happy Translation Network Based on Web Service

For mechanized online translation available on the internet，translation management system for happy translation network based on Web Service was designed.This system included user management module，translation management module，articles and translator rating module and payment module four modules.Management module was the core of system.The system provided a human translation platform for exchange between professional translators and ordinary customers，which allowed texts provided by customers to be accurately，quickly and reasonably translated.
