Research and Design on 2BDP-1000 Type Rice Seedling Disc Precision Seeder

According to the present development of rice seedling equipments，and farmers use demand，a rice precision seeder which efficiency was one thousand seeding trays an hour was designed.This machine could complete spreading subsoil，watering，sowing and covering surface soil in one time processes.Basic structure，working principle and the design of its each component were introduced.Experiment was made.Test results showed that this machine work efficiency was high，work quality was good，and seeding effect completely reached agronomic requirements.It created the conditions for improvement of rice production mechanization technology level.
