Adjustment and Validation for Genetic Parameters of Yixiang 3728 in CERES-Rice Model

According to field experimental data in two years（2012 and 2013）in Fangxian of Hubei province，genetic parameters of Yixiang 3728 in CERES-Rice model were adjusted and validated.Firstly，experimental data in 2013 such as dates of key growth periods，leaf area index，dry weight of aboveground biomass and grain yield，were used to adjust these parameters with GLUE program and trial and error method.When error standard reached（most lower than 10%），adjustment was ceased and corresponding genetic parameters were finally determined for Yixiang 3728.After that，experimental data in 2012 were used to validate these determined genetic parameters.Agreement between simulated to measured data in 2012 indicated that these determined parameters were reliable and could be used to reflect genetic characteristics of Yixiang 3728 in Fangxian.These results obtained in this study laid a substantial foundation for other studies related with CERES-Rice model in Fangxian or some other similar regions，and could be also further referred for localization of CERES-Rice model in other regions.
