Application of Handheld GPS Locator in Sprinkler Irrigation Planning

GPS technology has been widely used in agricultural production practice.The project that‘200 hectare high quality alfalfa planting project’of Aimin Wendu Gacha，Shaogen county，Alukerqinqi，Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia achieved success which planning and design of irrigation works using circular sprinkler irrigation machine.Practice proved that GPS applied in the planning of spray irrigation could precisely locate sprinkler irrigation machine，maximize land use and reduce waste of arable land.
