Culture technique of whole film covering double ridge collect rain for potato in dry land is a breakthrough technology in dry farming.And it is key technology to improve grain yield in dry farming area.Its drought resistance is very significant.This technology has been applied for 6 years in Tongren county of Qinghai province.Characteristic，popularization and application，problems and implementation effect of this technology were summarized in order to make it better play increasing potential.
