Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Technology of Wild Drought Pinellia ternate in Karst Area

Shoot apex meristem of wild drought Pinellia ternate was stripped after treatment at high temperature at 35 ℃ for 21 days.Plant tissue culture technology was adopted to cultivate virus free test tube plantlets of wild drought Pinellia ternate.Optimized selection of culture medium for induce，proliferation and rooting series was researched by adding different kinds and different concentrations of exogenous hormones to culture medium.Test results showed that best inducing medium combination of cultivation test tube seedlings of shoot apex meristem for wild drought Pinellia ternate was MS+6BA 2.0 mgL+NAA 0.3 mgL，proliferation medium combination was MS+6BA 2.0 mgL+NAA 0.2 mgL，rooting medium combination was MS+NAA 0.15 mgL.
