Water Source Argumentation of Agricultural Construction Project：A Case Study of High Efficiency Water Saving Irrigation Project

Water resource argumentation is an important part of water resource argumentation for construction project，and it is the foundation of adaptability and security of water supply for construction project.Taking high efficiency water saving irrigation project（Carboniferous ditch area）in the area of Red temple of Wuzhong city in 2014 as an example，rationality of water source project design，reliability of water source and problems should be paid attention to during water source engineering design were analyzed in the process of water resources argumentation of agricultural irrigation project.It provided technical basis for the design of water source engineering of construction project.
