Primary Biodegradation Kinetics of Primary Amine Collectors

Shaking culture test was applied to analyze primary biodegradation of Dodecylamine（DA）and Octadecylamine（OA）.Primary biodegradation kinetic models were built.Results showed that under condition of shaking culture test，primary biodegradation law of DA and OA fits first order kinetic model，and k was -0.182 8h and -0.135 4 h，respectively，which could reflect relationship between remains and time.It could be applied as theoretical basis for treatment of mine wastewater containing primary amine collectors.
