Design and Implementation of Huangzhong Rural Land Circulation Service Platform

In order to establish and improve service mechanism for circulation of countryside rural land in county-level city，complete service and management network in county-level，township-level and village-level，based on contractual operation right of countryside land in Huangzhong county，Xining city of Qinghai province，using the database which come from rural land contract and management rights to register ownership and geographic information，a platform was designed.It could quickly and effectively provide information post and policy advice service.Circulation process was made more and more informative and standardized.
