Development Situation of Loquat Leaf Deep Processing Industry in Yunxiao County of Fujian Province

In order to explore prospects and industry development situation of loquat leaf as raw materials for food processing in Yunxiao county of Fujian province，on the basis of domestic research about loquat leaf for chemical components and pharmacological activities，feasibility of loquat leaf as food raw material for further processing was reviewed.According to advantage cultivation condition of loquat in Yunxiao，favorable circumstance for loquat leaf processing was analyzed.Varieties and scope of loquat leaf as raw materials for food processing were explored to broaden its food application market prospect.
