Extraction Technology Optimization of Soybean Phosphatidyl Choline

PC is a kind of lipid which consists of choline and phosphoric acid on the molecular.Physiological functions of PC is multiple and efficient，and PC is widely applied in various fields.In order to enhance production of PC，powder phospholipids were extracted by acetone delicate method through using soy lecithin concentrates as raw material，then technical conditions of ethanol extraction were studied and improved by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Factors of orthogonal experiment were ethanol concentration，extraction temperature and evaporating temperature.Experiment results showed that best condition of extraction was ethanol concentration of 85%，leaching temperature of 45 ℃，and distillation temperature of 35 ℃.
