  • Hydrolytic nitrogen in soil was extracted by alkaline hydrolysis of automatic nitrogen analyzer，and potentiometric titration was used for the determination.Content of hydrolytic nitrogen in soil was calculated.This method was simple and easy to operate.Its accuracy was good and precision was high.It was suitable for detection and analysis of large quantities of samples.
