Problems and Control Measures of Water Environment in East Liaohe River Basin

East Liaohe river is located in the central and southern part of Jilin province.It is one of the important rivers that support development of local economy and maintain life of residents.But over the past few years，with excessive development and utilization，phenomena that tight supply，serious pollution and water environment deterioration of water resource appeared in east Liaohe river basin.Problems of water environment in east Liaohe river basin were expounded.Reasons were analyzed.Control measures were put forward.
