Application of Ion Exchange Technology in Extraction Process of Phytic Acid Salt

  • Inositol hydrolyzed by phytic acid salt,is a member of vitamin B family and it can play an important role on physiological and health-care function.In order to enhance hydrolysis rate of phytic acid salt,abundant phytic acid salt was extracted by applying ion exchange technology to adsorb phytic acid and took caustic soda as eluent through using defatted rice bran as raw material.Technical conditions of inositol extracted from phytic acid hydrolysis were studied and optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Factors of orthogonal experiment were adsorption solvent flow rate,eluent flow rate and eluent concentration.Results showed that best condition of extraction was adsorption solvent flow rate 1 mLmin,eluent flow rate 2 mLmin,NaOH eluent concentration 5.5%.
