Test on Absorption and Transformation of Selenium in Different Rice Varieties

  • Absorption effect of different rice varieties on soil natural selenium enriched selenium,and absorption and transformation effect of selenium in different rice varieties at different growth stages after treatment with exogenous selenium were researched by field experiment and instrumental analysis.Results showed that there was difference of absorption and transformation for different rice varieties of natural selenium rich soil selenium absorption.Application of exogenous selenium could increase the content of selenium in different rice varieties and organic selenium content of rice reached more than 85%.Effect of spraying exogenous selenium on leaf surface was better than using exogenous selenium on root and amount was small.Spraying exogenous selenium on leaf surface was suitable for production of selenium rich rice in selenium deficiency and low selenium area.
