  • A rapid，simple and reliable identification method in a petri dish for imazethapyr-resistant millet was introduced.Spray treatment was carried out after seeds placing on filter paper.Spraying dose was 2 250 mLhm2.This method was suitable for the need of large batch seed identification.And it could improve breeding efficiency，shorten breeding period and promote millet breeding.
