Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Different Solvent Extract of Zinc-riched Cordyceps militaris Mycelium

Superoxide radicals，hydroxyl radicals and organic free radical scavenging capacity were determined by different extracts of zinc-rich mycelial.When concentration of extract became higher，the clearance rate of O2-radicals，hydroxyl radicals，DPPH became higher.When solvents were different，clearance rate of extract on different radicals was different.Clearance rate of 90 mg/mL water extracts on superoxide radicals was up to 66.93%，ethanol extract of hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was up to 87.59%，andethyl acetate extract on DPPH was highest clearance rate，up to 100%.
