Design on Substrate Microwave Disinfection Machine

As the entre of cultivation，substrate is the most important factor to determine growth environment of plant roots.And it is also a vector of plant diseases and insect pests and breeding sites.In order to realize safe and efficient production，effectively avoid and eliminate problem of soil borne diseases in the facility.With the characteristics of fast heating，no pollution and no residue，a kind of microwave disinfection equipment was designed and developed.Test results showed that average sterilization rate of this machine was 95.57%，which could meet the requirements of matrix sterilization and disinfection.
