Catalytic Performance of Anaerobic Fermentation Residues Solid Acid in Jatropha Oil Esterification Reaction

  • The sulfonated solid acid catalyst was produced from anaerobic fermentation residues and sulphuric acid by one-pot systhesis.Its catalytic performance was investigated in the Jatropha oil esterification reaction and different reaction condition factors were discussed.Experiments showed solid acid had great efficiency in the esterification reaction.The conversion rate was 76.32% under optimal conditions of 80 ℃,2 h,methanol/oil molar ratio 8∶1 and 4% catalyst.The research provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of eupatorium adenophorum,and would have a good prospect in application fields.
