Technology and Development Trend of Agricultural Products Drying Equipment in China

Drying technology is one of the most important factors during processing of agricultural products，which has an important impact on agricultural products after processing.Technology and application of natural drying，microwave vacuum drying，RF drying，hot air and microwave drying，solar drying，vacuum freeze drying，puffing drying，heat pump drying，drum drying，spray drying and refraction window drying were mainly introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of various drying technology were analyzed.Prospects for future development direction of drying agricultural products from energy saving，standardization and combined drying technology were made.
