  • It is inevitably that some mechanical components accidentally contact with products or product packaging during food processing,so that utilization of lubricant has become one of food security control points concerned by food manufacturing enterprises.Definition and classification of food-level lubricant were introduced.Domestic and overseas regulatory system and related standard on food-level lubricant were summarized.Deficiencies existing in China’s regulation measures and working suggestions based on current situation of lubricant’s utilization in China were proposed,aiming at providing references for China’s related supervision departments and enterprises.
