Design and Test of Ozone Oxidation Potential Water Preparation Device for Livestock and Poultry House

In order to solve the problems of electrode corrosion，polarization，scaling，complex structure of electrolytic chamber and high cost of equipment manufacturing of acidic oxidizing potential water（AOW）generating device，a device for generating ozone oxidizing potential water（OOW）which was rich in physical and chemical indicators of disinfection was designed based on ozone oxidation method.Structure，technical parameters，working principle，design of key parts and characteristics were expounded.Test results showed that ozone oxidizing potential water prepared by this device was better than acid oxidation potential water.It could replace acid oxidation potential water for disinfection and deodorant in the field of livestock and poultry farm environment，facilities and livestock and poultry in vivo.
