Effect of Fertilization on Content of Tea Catechin in Different Tea Varieties

  • Tea catechin is main substance of tea polyphenols.It accounts for 70% of total amount of tea polyphenols.It has many roles such as anti oxidation,anti mutation,anti-cancer,anti cardiovascular disease,anti diabetes,anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory,weight loss and anti Parkinson′ s disease,etc.Effects of different fertilization treatments on the content of tea catechin in different seasons were discussed.Tea polyphenols change relationship between different fertilization methods and different tea varieties was analyzed.Required fertilizer characteristics of different tea varieties were researched.It provided reference for making reasonable fertilization plan.
