Design and Test of Quality Index for Farmland Residual Film Recovery Operation

  • Based on recovery of waste film and reuse of resources,concept of field debris retention and cleaning rate of effective recovery was put forward in the design of quality index system for farmland residual film recovery operation.Combined with recovery rate of residual film,three constraint indexes was put forward in order to promote technological progress and improve operation quality for residual film recycling machine,and explore assessment method of residual film recovery operation quality.Field test results showed that thickness of plastic film was the factor that influenced collection rate and cleaning rate of effective recovery.Film thickness had little effect on debris retention.Amount of debris retention was related to weather fastness and integrity of plastic film during recovery time.
