Design of Three-dimensional Culture Leaf Device Control System

Aiming at limited space in greenhouse and growing large demand，a three-dimensional cultivation system of leafy vegetables was designed.The system consists of motor transmission and cylinder combination.To improve system reliability and operability，PLC control mode，temperature and humidity detection，CO2 detection，position detection and control were used in automatic control system of device.By using light sensor and lifting device，maximum growth of leafy vegetables was achieved.The system was safe，reliable and practical，which provided a good reference for realization of space utilization maximum，mechanization，and automatic control operation in the greenhouse.
