Design and Experiment of Low-injury Picking Test Table for Fresh-eating Maize

  • Because of good taste and nutrient-rich,fresh-eating maize is becoming more and more people′s favorite.It has a good market prospects.Main problems with machine harvesting of fresh-eating maize are that ear root grains were damaged seriously by picking roller of maize harvesting machine.A low-injury picking test table for fresh-eating maize was designed.Picking test of fresh-eating maize was made.Effects of main structure and parameters of maize harvesting machine on grains damage of fresh-eating maize were researched.The best combination of experimental factors was obtained.The picking test table could provide basic structure and motion parameters for development of fresh-eating maize harvester.
