  • Corn stalk conditioning part is the key part of corn harvester and its working performance directly affects the effect of straw conditioning.A new corn stalk quenching and tempering device was designed.Working parts digital prototype and straw model were established by multi-body dynamics simulation technique.Integrated simulation and analysis platform was built.Comprehensive analysis of straw conveying and tempering process was carried out.Results were consistent with physical test process.Conveying,feeding and tempering process of corn straw in operation were reappear better.
