Practice and Thinking of Rural Garbage Treatment：Taking Xinzhuang Village，Xingshou Town，Changping District of Beijing City as an Example

With construction of new socialist countryside from point to surface，rural waste management from practical level has made substantial progress and in-depth.From analysis of garbage classification in Beijing Xinzhuang village，it could be seen that rural garbage control model should solve three problems of‘subject，mode and mechanism’，in order to carry out effective promotion in the future.
