Nutritional Health Function and Product Development of Millet

  • Millet was used as material,and its nutrient composition,nutrition and health function and millet product development were studied.In the aspects of nutrient composition and nutrition and health function,carbohydrate,protein,fat and so on were discussed.In the product development aspect,millet oil,millet beverage,millet baking product and dispensing food were discussed.Further analysis of research hotspots and research progress was done for the future of millet research direction and content of reference.
