Design and Analysis of Transverse Grass Pushing Device with Multi Rod

  • Stereo sand-fixation equipment can realize paving of straw-sand barrier belts automatically.Transverse grass pushing device is one key component of grass grid ttransverse-paving system.According to the tasks to be done for straw checkerboard paving device,a new link mechanism which could suit for working environment and finish pushing-straw task was designed.Using computer simulation technology and inertia force balance principle,improved design on overturning-straw board of grass pushing mechanism was carried out.Dynamics simulation of grass pushing mechanism was made by Adams software.Results showed that optimized structure has been improved than before optimization in terms of force.Prototype test results showed that the device met the requirements of strength and design function.
