Exploration and Practice on Cultivating of Agricultural Engineering Postgraduate

Agricultural engineering postgraduate is an important force to promote the development of national agricultural modernization.Aiming at how to cultivating agricultural engineering postgraduate with both ability and political integrity，‘four early’which consisted of early direction，early subject，early action and early achievement was put forward in order to train excellent professional knowledge and skill of students.‘four emphasis’was throughout the teaching process，which included emphasizing teaching by precept and example，emphasizing solidarity assistance，emphasizing practice and innovation，emphasizing humanistic concern.Cultivation of graduate′s character and thought was paid attention to in order to truly realize moral education and‘whole-person education’.Practice of postgraduate cultivation showed that postgraduates′ professional skill and humanity were greatly improved with the clear goals.
