Teaching Reform of Computer Culture Basic Course for Engineering College Students：Taking Hainan University as an Example

With continuous development of science and technology，computer level should be improved for college students.Foundation course of computer cultural has been needed to make corresponding reform and adaptation.According to engineering courses，combined with actual situation of teaching，taking Hainan university as an example，application of computer，and students′ learning needs for computer were introduced.Some suggestions of computer curriculum reform were put forward.
