Development and Prospect of Target Price of Agricultural Products

Based on systematic study of relevant literature on target price of agricultural products，concept，necessity，theoretical researches and practices of target price of agricultural products were literature reviewed.It also pointed out direction in the research.For example，target price must carry out double-track price system，which was subsidy policy guaranteeing nation grain safety and price insurance support market mechanism.Target price must establish a calculating model to realize changes along with the area.Relying on agricultural information technology support，continuous collection of agricultural production and operation of panel data，were technical basis to achieve precise measurement of target price.
