Land Reclamation Development Strategy

Through summing up development process and practice of land consolidation in China，problems in the development of our country′s land management and development direction for the future of land management were analyzed.Results showed that land management work of our country had many problems such as scientific guidance was lack，theory system was not perfect，relevant laws and regulations was imperfect，planning and design idea lag，and regulation target was single.In order to solve these problems，ecological civilization should be ultimate goal of land consolidation，‘scientific and technological lead’purpose should be implemented，land renovation concepts should be innovated，ecological landscape and sustainable theory should be integrated，land reclamation planning，design and evaluation system should be perfected，public participation and demonstration construction should be strengthened，to achieve sustainable development of land remediation.
