Design of Detachable Modular Micro-tillage Machine

In view of great gap of cultivated land in the hilly areas of south China and difficult to transfer tillage machines in the field，a modular micro tillage machine which could be quickly assembled and disassembled，easy to transfer and work well was designed taking LZ-1WG4.2Q type micro tillage machine as prototype.The main parts of engine transition section，transmission transition section and resilient power frame assembly were designed.Strength checking of weak parts was made.Static and modal simulation analysis of key components were carried out by finite element method.Analysis results proved that the design was reasonable and reliable.It would provide reference for modular and portable production of mountain micro-tillage machine in the future.
