With continuous development of national economy，rural tourism has become a new form of tourism.Through rural tourism，in addition to the development of rural economy，but also could solve problem of agriculture，rural areas and farmers.Take rural tourism and the settlement of‘three rural issues’as the goal，current situation of rural tourism development in our country was firstly introduced，promoting role of rural tourism in solving the problems of‘three rural issues’was expounded.Countermeasures of strengthening rural tourism economy reform and breaking‘three rural issues’were finally put forward to better promote rural tourism to solve‘three rural issues’.
