Integrated Water and Fertilizer Equipment and Control System in Closed Rookwool Cultivation

To improve water and fertilizer management in closed rock wool cultivation，integrated water and fertilizer equipment and intelligent control system were designed and developed independently，especially for closed rock wool cultivation.The system was used for examine，match，and irrigate nutrition solution automatically，that was according to plant growth，water and fertilizer requirement，and growing environment.It could accomplish nutrition solution recycling combining with technique of recycling and disinfection.This system provided hardware equipment and intelligent control system，which is convenient for operation and running automatically.By this system，the users could manage water and fertilizer precisely in rook wool cultivation，it could save water and fertilizer by 20%，and there was no release to environment in agricultural production.The system was applied in many horticulture gardens，as a result，the system run steadily.The yield of tomato production reached to 45.4 kg/m2 in Ningxia Horticultural industrial park.
