Rural Energy Structure and Emission Estimation of Main Pollutant in Zhejiang Province

  • Based on energy consuming data of rural area in Zhejiang province in 2009—2014,the amount of main pollutant including SO2,NOX and TSP were calculated.Results showed that rural energy structure in Zhejiang province remained as a traditional model.From the view of pollutant emission and contribution,coals contributed 94.3% for SO2 ,86.6% for NOX and 39.8% for TSP.The contribution of SO2,NOX and TSP from straws were 8.9%,2.4% and 34.5% respectively.Optimizing energy structure and using clear energy substituting for coals were effective ways to decrease emission of SO2 and NOX.Transforming the straws to high grade biofuels was effective way to decrease emission of TSP and NOX.
