Relationship between Rural Landscape Planning and New Rural Construction

Planning of new rural construction should follow principles of‘production development，well-off life，rural wind civilization，clean village capacity and democratic management’.This principle puts forward new requirements and challenges for construction of new rural areas，and is also the basis of relationship between rural landscape planning and construction and planning and construction of new countryside.First of all，basic ideas of construction and development of new countryside were analyzed，and then connotation and elements of concept of rural landscape were summarized.Finally，coupling relationship between them was discussed.
