Internal Flow Field Simulation of Impurity Removing Device Based on SolidWorks Flow Simulation for Sugarcane Harvester

  • 3D model of axial fan impurity removing device for sugarcane harvester was established and simplified by SolidWorks,and its inner flow field was simulated based on SolidWorks Flow Simulation software.According to actual situation,simulation boundary condition parameters were set,and then the simulations of outlet velocity field and pressure field distribution of impurity removing device were finished under influence of different rotational speeds and depths of hub entering windshield.Additionally,simulated data and experimental results were compared,which could provide reference for design and optimization of axial fan impurity removing device of sugarcane harvester.
